Angel Falls is the world’s highest uninterrupted waterfall, with a height of almost 1100meters, located at Auyantepuy, Canaima National Park, in Bolivar state, Venezuela. Its’ tepuys, rivers, waterfalls, savannahs, jungles, caves and the Indian community, managed that this national park became a National Patrimony of the Humanity declared by the UNESCO in the twenty-one century. It also earned a place among the finalists for the election of the 7 Wonders of the World.
Canaima National Park is the sixth largest national park in the world, with 30.000km2 of extension, reaching the borders of Brazil and Guyana. Canaima has a varied flora and fauna, which is distributed by the national park according to environmental factors. There are more than 300 endemic species of flora only in the Gran Sabana.
