Keys to Develop The Power Of Serenity

Since I found my purpose in life, magic doesn’t stop to manifest in my daily routine. A few days ago I had the opportunity to consult an oracle, and to my surprise, I tripped with the  power of serenity. I say surprise because serenity is precisely one of the purposes I chase with my company by offering yoga retreats around my lovely country, Venezuela. In my rush for giving away tools to that contribute to the growth of the spirit, today I want to share with you the importance and power of serenity, as a value.

It is no secret that there are difficulties we have to deal with every day. Uncertainty and despair often take control of our lives, and if we want to get out of this chaos, we need to work in developing our own serenity. This precious asset aims to keep you calm and confident during difficult times, and promises not to disappear, which could lead to depression and frustration.

It is not about taking control of the crisis around you because in this life there are situations we cannot control individually, it is about contributing by example. And what better retribution than having serenity surround us?

Here are some exercises you can apply to develop your serenity:

  • Try to solve your problems, instead of worrying about them
  • Take care of your body, and your diet
  • Exercise daily
  • Enjoy a hobby or practice activities you feel passionate about
  • Invest time in what you love
  • Meditate at least 15 minutes daily
  • Keep in contact with nature
  • Write a diary of your experiences
  • Read a good book
  • Do not watch the news before sleep
